Shipping & HandlingWe try to ship all orders within one business day. We ship by UPS anywhere in the United States and Canada. We also ship by US Postal Service, but we don't recommend it except for shipments to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Our shipping charges include the exact UPS or USPS charges plus a handling charge that covers the time and material it takes to ship your order. You choose the shipping service you want and we calculate the exact cost to ship your order from Chino, California. To that amount, we add $1.99 for the first item you order and $0.49 for each additional line item. By "line item" we mean any quantity of one part number. We add $5.00 handling to orders shipped via the US Postal Service to cover the cost of taking the package to the Post Office. Here is an example:

All shipments are FOB Chino, California. Because USPS offers no way to track packages, we do not recommend the US Postal Service for deliveries to the United States except for Alaska and Hawaii. The USPS does, however, provide an economical solution for shipments to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Tips on Shipments to CanadaShipments from the U.S. to Canada can incur considerable costs in addition to the actual shipping cost. Although NAFTA means you pay no duty, you might have to pay entry preparation fees, GST, and PST to the carrier before you can receive your package. UPS waives its entry preparation fees for packages shipped by air. (These fees are based on package value, but typical orders from H & H Industrial Products would incur fees totaling $20-50 CAD.) Although the air freight charges are considerably higher than ground service charges (you can check the cost for various shipping options on our site; see below), they might be offset by this fee waiver. The US Postal Service and Canada Post provide another alternative. Air Parcel Post is usually less expensive than UPS air services, and as far as we know, Canada Post charges only $5 CAD for entry preparation fees. To compare the cost of various shipping methods: When you've added everything you want to your shopping cart, click the Shipping Options button on the Shopping Cart page. Enter your postal code and click Get Shipping Options. Select a shipping service from the list, and then click Continue to view the new total, without making a commitment to purchase.
